Late Arrivals Make it Difficult for Everyone.

We realize that sometimes things come up, however, being late for your appointment affects the punctuality of the service to you, as well as all the patients after you. We maintain a fairly tight schedule, and we work very hard to respect our patient's time, please respect ours as well.

Cancellations and No-Show Policy

Because it is nearly impossible to fill last-minute cancellations, we respectfully request 24 hours notice. If this request is not fulfilled, it will be necessary to charge $50 for a missed appointment or last-minute cancellation.

Please understand that we do this as a last resort, with the real motivating factor being our concern for prompt, quality service to both you and our other valued patients. This charge is only a fraction of the cost for the time that is wasted.
